Incoming Postcards

Good morning to all. My mind has been elsewhere lately however, I do still love sending and receiving mail and tending to this blog. Here are some of the postcards that I have received recently.

This is a Postcrossing from Germany.
The sender writes: The postcard shows a photo of Yves Matringe, a known photograph of France. Regards, Uwe.

A Postcrossing from Ukraine.
The sender writes: Hello! I'm Khrystyna from Kyiv, Ukraine. There is a lot of news about our country around the world last month but everything is ok for now. :)  Happy Day!

No matter how many times I flipped this postcard in blogger, it still posted sideways. I give up.
This is a Postcrossing from Europe.
The sender writes: Dear JarieLyn, my greetings! right from the middle of old, good Europe :) In my country is a stone marked as a geographical middle of Europe. :) Have you ever been to our continent? Enjoy the cards! Happy Postcrossing.

This is a Postcrossing from Russia.
The sender writes:  Hello, JarieLyn! Do you prefer to read a book or use a computer? do you think that a book is too heavy to carry? Are you a person from the internet era? Every day, these ideas go through my mind. Happy Postcrossing.

This is a postcrrossing from Germany.
The sender writes: Hi JarieLyn, many greetings from Germany. I live in the area of Bonn/Cologne and enjoy being outdoors at the lake or in the forest. I like to read books (novels) and do crafting as knitting socks and sewing teddy bears. Take care and God bless you.

Again with the whole flipping thing. It's normal when I click on it and then it's sideways. I flip it back and when I post it turns again. Ugh!  Does anyone else ever have that problem?

This is a Postcrossing from good ol' U. S. of A.
The sender writes: Hi! Happy Postcrossing. I visited Vegas Halloween last year. Was a blast! Sandy.

Same problem with the direction. The circle is supposed to be at the top.
This is a card from my mother-in-law.

These are from a Postcard swap on Swap-Bot. All the cards are Florida cards and very nice.

Well, it's good Friday. My husband is off work today which is a good thing. We don't celebrate Easter, mainly  because we don't have kids and we are not religious.  I am very spiritual though and I do believe in God and the angels and that we are all connected as one.

A Postcard to Germany and........

It's been awhile since I posted. I needed a break from the computer because every time I log on, it seems to hold my attention hostage. I'm a prisoner to it all day long. I'm not complaining because I enjoy every single moment. It's the guilt of not getting outside and moving my feet that robs me of the endless hours of joy I spend reading blogs and watching YouTube videos.

For now, I'm back. However, I will be logging off after this post because I've already spent a couple of hours with this technology. I need to unplug and recharge my own spiritual energy so that I can soar. I knew you would understand. That's why I love you so much.

Mail call:  Here's the outgoing mail recently.

A Postcrossing on the way to Germany.  I write: Hello Clemens, greetings from Las Vegas, Nevada where I have lived for the past 16 years. I've been to Rhode Island once back in 1997. We drove through Providence and we also went to Newport where my husband and I saw our very first jai lai game. It was a lot of fun and I won about $23.00 from betting on the game, even though I didn't know what I was doing. Rhode Island is the smallest state in the U.S. but it doesn't have the smallest population. That would be Wyoming.  Be fearless! <3 JarieLyn

This is for a postcard swap on swap-bot.  There are five new postcards plus some extra stuff inside.

This is for the same postcard swap, but different person.

This is The Adventures of the Traveling Postcard swap with a few extras inside.

There were some letters I sent but neglected to photograph.  Some of them have already responded back.

A letter from my pal/friend Lynn.

A letter from Lynn M.

A letter from Jackie.

These are postcards I received from a postcard swap on Swap-Bot.

A Postcrossing from Ohio.
The sender writes: Hi JarieLyn! I love spiritual things as well. I read tarot too. :) I live outside a small town in North Ohio but I grew up in Michigan, where this bridge is from. I just adopted a puppy from a rescue shelter 2 days ago! He's a boxer/lab mix and so cute! I love him. Have fun postcrossing. Angela.

I had numerous postcrossings come in and some more letters but I did not photograph them. These are just the items that came in yesterday.

You all have a wonderful day. I'm going to go recharge my energy and take a walk in the park.
